SpeedFan 4.46

SpeedFan is a freeware diagnostic tool, which can measure the speed of your CPU fan, the temperature and the voltage of the CPU, and it can also show you the temperature of your hard drive as long as it supports the S.M.A.R.T technology.

Additional feature is the ability to change the speed of the CPU fan, but you should use this feature with caution since some processors might not be able to work when they are not cooled properly. SpeedFan can also monitor your system, and follow a certain course of action under certain conditions (when the temperature of your CPU rises above certain level, when the fan stops spinning, etc) and it can also :
